Yvonne J. Milan, 80, of Glenwood Ave., Westbrook, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Mercy Hospital. She was born and raised in Westbrook, the daughter of Samuel and Antoinette (Albert) Gallant.  She worked for New England Telephone Co for a few years and then joined the U.S. Army.  After her discharge she worked at Zayre's for a short time. Yvonne was a generous woman.  She enjoyed going out to eat and found great joy cooking for her family and hosting Christmas parties. Yvonne was predeceased by her husband William J. Milan in 1997, and her siblings Bertrand, Eugene, and Rudolph Gallant, and Priscilla Exchange. She is survived by her daughter Mary Beam and a sister Patricia Kelly, both of Westbrook; and several nieces and nephews.
