Winnifred W. Wiskont, 85, of Portland, passed away on March 21, 2013 at the Baron Center. She was born in Linneus, Maine on December 19, 1927 the daughter of Clarence Perkins and Edna Mae Quint. Winnifred worked at Maine Fisheries for most of her life. She loved animals, and playing bingo. She is predeceased by her parents, two brothers, Clarence and Philip Perkins, three sisters, Virginia Zitt, Thelma Egan, and Edna Perkins. She is survived by her brother, Robert, Nieces Caroline Pike, Elaine LaFuze, and Patricia Madore, her son Michael Perkins, and 4 grandchildren, Ashley, Chelsea, Jordan, and Ty.
