Winnifred C. Littlefield, 92, of Bridgton, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at the Bridgton Health Care Center. She was born and raised in Westbrook, the daughter of Leroy and G. Myrtle (Rand) Cates.  She worked for 9 years at S.D. Warren Paper Co.  In 1976 she and her husband John moved to Bridgton, he died in 1981. Winnifred was a member of the Bridgton Hospital Guild and the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals.  She enjoyed watching wildlife. She is survived by a nephew David Lyons of Bridgton. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Westbrook.  Arrangements are by Blais & Hay Funeral Home, Westbrook.
