PORTLAND - William James Wilcox, Sr., known as "Big Bill/Billy" by family and friends passed away unexpectedly on Sunday July 3, 2022. He was born the son of William A. and Cynthia Wilcox. Billy was proud to be known as "Grumpa" by his three grandchildren, Gia, Giovanni and Luca. When he wasn't working his job or on his jeep you could find him meticulously piecing together model cars. Billy also had a great love for camping with his family and friends. He especially loved to go fishing with his son "Little Billy" In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Carrie Morton; brother, Douglas Wilcox, Sr.; niece, Nikki Morton; and his best friend/dog, Kush "Kushers". He is survived by his children, son, Sean Wilcox; twins, William, Jr. and Kaylin Wilcox; son, Noah Wilcox; daughters, Natasha Dobson and Dana Fagone. He is also survived by his brother, Freddie Saucier; nephews, Douglas and Dylan Wilcox; niece, Jacie Wilcox.
