Windham – William "Ross" Moulton, 69, died July 5, 2016 at Maine Medical Center surrounded by loved ones. He was born June 23, 1947, in Portland, son of George F. Moulton Sr. and Maxine Kent Moulton. Ross graduated from North Yarmouth High School, Class of 1965. After graduation he apprenticed as an electrician in Portland and went on to become a self-employed Master Electrician where he practiced for over 35 years in the greater Windham-Portland area. Ross enjoyed trips to his camp in Garland, Maine, gardening, visiting his grandchildren and working with his tractors. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother George F. Moulton Jr. and his son Andy Vittum. He is survived by his son Steven J. Moulton and wife Lauren, of King of Prussia, PA, daughter Sheryl Pennanen and her fiancée Ryan Taylor of China, ME and daughter Angela Vittum of Portland, ME; six grandchildren Addison, Andrew, Brandi, Kendall, Matthew and Owen and 3 great-grandchildren; brother, James B. Moulton of N. Yarmouth; and two sisters Lorna J. Harlow of Durham and Linda C. Woodard of Gray. Ross is also survived by Bonnie Moulton who was his devoted healthcare advocate for the final years of his life. There will be no visiting hours and loved-ones will be holding private memorial services.
