Bill Landry, 77, of Anson, Maine passed away on April 26, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. Bill was born in Bridgeport, CT on November 13, 1948, to William Landry and Dorothy Poland. He was the oldest of 7 children.

Bill loved fishing, camping and hosting holiday BBQ’s for all his family and friends at his home. He loved to cook and was sure he did all the cooking at these BBQ’s. He may have complained a little bit that he was doing all the cooking, but he really loved doing it.

Bill was predeceased by his mother, father, brother Scott Landry, sister Karen DeHayes, nephew Matthew Fecteau and niece Kelli Johnson.

He is survived by his daughters, Dawn Landry of Bath and Katie Anderson of Anson; sons, Billy Landry Jr., Kevin Kennie and Billy Kennie; his sisters, Donna Jewett of Westminster, SC, Joni Fecteau and her husband, Marc of Casco, Tammy Landry of Topsham, and Lisa Downes and her husband, Glen of Gorham; his stepfather, George Foster of Gorham; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his kitty, Tiger.

We would like to thank family and friends for all their love and support.

At Bill’s request, there will be no services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
