William "Bill" Coulthard III, of Windham, passed away at Maine Medical Center, Portland, on April 3, 2024. Mr. Coulthard was born August 11, 1939 in New London, Conn, to the late William Coulthard Jr. and Mary Lusk Coulthard. A Vietnam veteran, he retired as a Sergeant First Class from the U.S. Army, having served from 1958 to 1978. Mr. Coulthard was an active member and held numerous leadership roles in the Odd Fellows, Redmen, American Legion and reaching 33rd Degree Scottish Rite. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Colette Coulthard; two brothers Herbert Coulthard of Florida; and Robert Coulthard of Scarborough, as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Carl Coulthard, Sr. The family wishes to thank Windham Rescue EMTs for their dedicated service and assistance over the past year. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service with full Masonic Rites at 4 p.m., Tuesday April 9, 2024 at Dolby Funeral Chapel, 434 River Road in Windham.
