Portland - Vincent F. Manchester, 82, of Liza Harmon Drive, Westbrook, died Thursdayday Oct. 11, at the Maine Medical Center.He was born in Portland Dec. 19, 1929, the son of Frederick and Bridget Hernon Manchester. He was raised, educated and resided in Portland for most of his life. He was Strcken with polio as a child. Vincent worked as a longshoreman. He was pre deceased by his wife Marilyn and a sister Maureen Frisco. He is survived by 2 sisters Christina Franco and Barbara McShane both of Portland, special friend Ashli Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews and caregiver Jen Rhunda.
