Westbrook Victoria Sue (Bilodeau) Chayer, 55, died early Monday morning August 7, 2017. She was born January 11, 1962, in Westbrook a daughter of Roland Bilodeau and Edna (Wildes) Levinge. Victoria grew up in Westbrook, attended local schools, and lived the majority of her life on King Street. She was a homemaker and the greatest loves in her live were her grandchildren angels and her beloved dog Bella. In addition to her mother Victoria is survived by her husband of 30 years David Chayer; her children, son, Aaron West and his son Hunter Holton; daughter, Ashley West, her longtime boyfriend Lonzo Small, and children Alexis West, Ricky Anderson Jr, La'Renso, Trinity, and Sapphire Small, and Juiliana Kelly, and son Ricky Chayer, his fiancé Amanda Coro and their children Madison and Alekzander Chayer; siblings, Brenda Bodwell, Peter Bilodeau, Steven Bilodeau and his wife Ida, and Rolande Snowdeal and her husband Allen; and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Victoria's life will be held Sunday August 13, at 38 Chestnut Street, Westbrook, from 12:00PM – 2:00PM.
