Westbrook – Vicki E. Moore 59, of Westbrook, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2014 at the home she shared with her longtime companion Charles (Butch) Johnson and their pet Pomerian Jazmine, by her side.  Vicki leaves behind a son David A. Moore of Westbrook.   Vicki was the beloved daughter of Mary E. Duggan of Tavares, Fl and the late James E. Duggan.  Vicki also leaves behind her loving sisters Diane E. Fox of Tavares FL and Jayne E. Rickett of Windham, ME.  She grew up and attended schools in Windham.  She worked for many years as a CNA at the Barron Center in Portland and later was an assistant manager for KFC in Westbrook.  She loved to play bingo and loved to ride her Harley.   Visiting for friends and family will be Friday, August 8, from 1 to 2:30 PM, followed by a brief memorial service at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St. Westbrook.  Private Graveside services immediately to follow at St. Hyacinth Cemetery in Westbrook.
