Trudy Giroux age 65, passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2024 in Oxford with her loving daughter Rachel by her side. Trudy was born to Walter and Mary Veino in Portland, Maine on 4/26/1959. Trudy attended Bonney Eagle High School and went on to graduate from Lake Region High School in 1992. Trudy lived in Norway with the More Wonderful Love of her life Chad Giroux of 39 years. Trudy loves fishing, Bingo and Auctions but she loves spending time with her family, her best friends Lucy, Theresa and Debbie most of all. She also loves having family BBQ's and having everyone over and she made the bestest pasta salad EVA, she was a loving kind woman who helped and loved everyone without judgement, she could never turn away a stray whether it be a person or a pet. She is survived by her husband Chad Giroux of 39 years, her children Rachel Veino and Fiancé Ben Woods, Richard Bragdon Jr., Nathan Bragdon and wife Traci Bragdon, sister Victoria Sellick-St. Pierre and companion Dean Pray. Her Grandchildren Jenel, Carlton, Hannah, Jazzlyn, John, Asia, Richie Jr., David, Lindsey, Zachary, Daniel, Nathan Jr, Kiya, Daelyn, Alana, Mya, Casey, Chloe, Charlie, Robbie, Jesse, Cheyann, Tiffany, Bethany, Kendra and many more who knew her as Nana. Her Great grandchildren Waylen, Greyson, Ocean and Onyx. Her Adopted children Wendy Blaney, Josh Baker, Denisa Laflamme, Jennifer Putnam, Amy Doubleday, Tanya Grover, Michelle Green-Woodcock, Willard Allen and so many more who know and love her and call her mom. She is also loved by so many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Mary Veino, her dad Perly Dyer, her father Walter Veino and her sister Karen. Trudy/Mom/Nana T/Auntie we love you and miss you always, our hearts are broken. We didn't get to say goodbye, but it really isn't goodbye it is see you later. You have touched the lives of so many people and you will never be forgotten. To have known you and be a part of your life is a blessing. Fly high beautiful angel we love you so much. Viewing and Service will be held at Windham,Dolby Blais & Segee Funeral Home at 434 River Road Windham, Maine between 10am to 12pm following the service will be the graveside service at Hill Side Cemetery at Huston Road Gorham, Maine between 12:30pm to 1pm. There will be a gathering after services at the home of Trudy and Chad Giroux at 22 Radcliff St. in Norway, Maine between 4pm to 6pm, if you would like to bring a dish it will be graciously accepted.
