Westbrook, Thursa C. Phillips, of Westbrook passed away on January 8, 2023. She was born on December 23, 1940, in Machias, daughter of the late Roland and Eola (Look) McCaleb. She was a graduate of Machias High School and was a long-time employee and retired from UNUM, Portland. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Phillips of Portland, Siblings, Jane Jordan and husband Richard of New Britain, CT, Eleanor Grant of Bridgton, Rowena Julian and husband Robert of Virginia Beach, VA, Martha Dean and husband Charles of Hampden, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Edward Phillips, a sister Helen Gooch and a brother Clifton. Graveside services will be held September 26, 2025 at 11:00 am at Woodlawn Cemetery, Westbrook.
