HARRISON- Theodora E. Woodman, 95, of Harrison, formerly of Windham, died peacefully on April 21, 2017 surrounded by family. She was born on December 9, 1921, a daughter of Joseph and Delina (Perreault) Cruise. She was married to Ernest Woodman Jr. for 53 years before his passing in 1994. A devoted wife and mother, she was a loving caretaker for all the members of her family. She enjoyed reading, rug hooking, gardening and canning. She also enjoyed traveling, especially with the senior citizen group of Windham and being out in the sunshine. Theodora will be remembered as the sweetest person you would ever meet. She is survived by her children, Clifton Woodman of Bay Minette, AL, David Woodman of Mapleville, RI, and Nancy Marois of Harrison; a brother, Henry Cruise of Clearwater, FL; eight grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest Woodman Jr., brothers James Cruise and Michael Cruise, and a sister, Jeanette Rocheford. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 4pm at the Dolby Funeral Chapel, 434 River Rd., Windham. A period of visitation will be held from 2pm to 4pm prior to the service.
