WINDHAM – Shirley M. Parker Gray, 85, of Windham passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children on April 11, 2017. She was born in Dover-Foxcroft to Vaughan and Leona White Bowman on November 6, 1931. Shirley attended Williams High School in Oakland. She was a homemaker for many years. Shirley enjoyed going camping, being with her grandchildren and her special passion was watching and listening to country music. Her first husband, Jack L. Parker, passed away in 1992. She remarried years later to Hoyt B. Gray who is also deceased. She is survived by three daughters, Linda J. Jones of Windham, Debbie DiPietrantonio and her husband, Dana of Westbrook and Becki Bubier and her husband, Wayne of Greene; one son, Bob Parker and his wife, Tally of Casco; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She will forever be missed by her family and friends. Visiting hours will be Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at the Dolby Funeral Chapel, 434 River Road, Windham. Graveside Service will be 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Civic Center Drive, Augusta.
