Gorham, ME – Shirley I. Bibber, 86 of Gorham passed away peacefully Monday September 18, 2023 at her home with her family close by. She was born in Randolph, Vermont July 22, 1937 the daughter of Eugene Lewis and Doris Lillian (McElreavy) Duclos. Shirley is survived by the following members of her family, which include her husband of 58 years Eugene "Gene" Bibber, Jr. of Gorham; three children Andy Bibber of Lincoln, California, Marjorie Bibber Willey of Gorham and Bill Bibber of Partlow, Virginia; 9 grandchildren, Eugene Bibber, Lincoln Bibber, Matthew Bibber, Simeon Willey, Monica Willey, Hailee Willey, Zoe Bibber, Elizabeth Bibber and Charlotte Bibber; sisters, Rosalie Ketchum, Priscilla Thomaszewicz, and brother Donald Duclos,; and many nieces and nephews. She is pre-deased by one grandchild, Caleb Bibber and brothers John Duclos, Eugene Duclos, Joseph Duclos, and Stephen Duclos and sister Alice Pratt. A time of visiting will be Friday September 22, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. followed by the service at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 755 River Road, Windham, ME. A private graveside service will take place on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Brooklawn Memorial Cemetery.
