Portland- Sharon Ann Sawyer, 70, of Portland passed away on December 4, 2014.   She was born on September 24, 1944, the daughter of William and Pauline (Emmons) Erb.  Sharon graduated from Portland High School in 1963. Sharon married Douglas Sawyer and together they had 2 sons, Doug and David.   Sharon worked at National Semi Conductor and retired after 18 years.  She then worked at Scarborough School Department for a short time. Sharon loved music especially Elvin Presley and also ACDC.  She visited Graceland 6 times.  Sharon loved her cat Rigalletti.  Sharon loved her grandchildren and loved spending time with them and her family. She is predeceased by her parents, and her husband.  She is survived by her two sons, Doug Sawyer of Westbrook, and David Sawyer of Portland, two sisters, Paulette Stokes of South Portland, and Donna Gallant of Biddeford.  Three grandchildren, Lauren Sawyer of Falmouth, Stephen Sawyer of San Diego, CA, and Erin Sawyer of Portland. Visiting Hours will be Tuesday, December 9, from 6 to 8 PM at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St. Westbrook.
