Sally G. Woods Sally passed away on Tuesday December 26, 2023. She grew up in Windham, the daughter of Willis and Eva Woods. She held a few different jobs, but was longest at JJ Nissen Bakery where she retired after 26 years of service. Sally was an avid sports fan, always rooting for New England teams. She was selfless, loving, and kind, and always strong in her faith. She loved fiercely and unconditionally. She was a fighter and nothing ever held her down. After years and years of battling chronic illnesses, it was time for her to return home to the lord and rest. Sally was predeceased by her parents, her two brothers, Bud and Skip, and her sister Tina. She leaves behind her sister Lucy Millett and family, sister Judy Gill of Standish, daughter Beverly Libby and husband Todd of Hollis, granddaughter Sally Woods and family of Tampa Florida, grandson Anthony Woods, granddaughter Anita Jenkins and family of Hollis, five great-grandchildren, multiple nieces and nephews, and her best friend of over 50 years, Anita LaBrie-Rumo. A celebration of life will be held later in the spring of this year. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's research hospital.
