Obituary

Ryan Michael Perry of Windham, passed away on September 2, 2022. He was born September 12th, 1981 to parents Linda Morey and Joseph Perry. Ryan loved everything old school, video games, cartoons and anything that pertained to his child hood. He grew up in Millinocket, Maine and graduated from Stearns High School in 2000. He loved hanging out with his friends, having sleep overs and camping in the backyard. No matter what the circumstances his little brother Brandon could always make him laugh, no matter what. As Ryan got older he wanted more out of life, so he joined the Air Force and he served in Iraq and Afghanistan as special forces where he made some lifelong buddies. After he left Air Force he moved back with his mother and step-father and met the love of his life, Danyell Wright and her son Patrick, his "ba". Ryan worked at Walmart for 5 years and decided to move back to Maine and moved in with his special friend, Crystal Smyth and got a job at Oxford Casino where he met a lot of good friends. In his free time he loved playing Dungeons and Dragons, listening to Ozzy Osborne and Black Sabbath and enjoying comedy of Maine comedian Bob Marley, who he got to meet at Walmart. Ryan will always be remembered for being outspoken and saying what was on his mind- like it or not. He was very emotional and he loved his family and friends and wasn't afraid to tell them. He was a self-proclaimed mama's boy, didn't care who knew it with his silly faces and the unique way he'd say goodbye to her after a phone call. Ryan is survived by his mother; Linda Sargent, and his step-father , Dan, of New Hampshire; father, Joseph, and his partner, Lynda, of Millinocket; brother, Brandon, and his wife, Danielle; nephew, Elijah, of Litchfield; grandmother, his ma, his da mim, Louise Morey; Nana Patsy Perry; his "fraternal twin" Matthew Bissonnette; his love, Danyell Wright; his ba, Patrick and Ethan; close friend and roommate, Crystal Smyth and all of his aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Ryan was predeceased by his grandfathers Wilfred Morey and Jake Perry. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 17th at noon at the Timber Cruisers in Millinocket. A second celebration will be held on Saturday September 24th at 1pm at the home of his mother in Madison, New Hampshire.
