Ronald George LeBorgne 61, of Scarborough passed away on Sunday, November 8th with his family by his side after a short battle with kidney cancer. He was born in Portland, the son of Roger and Marilyn (Gray) LeBorgne. Ronald was raised in Westbrook attending school there until going to college where he graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration. After college Ronald worked as a financial analyst for FairPoint Communications. Ronald married the love of his life, Susan and together they raised two children, Caitlin and Taylor. Ronald's pride and joy were his girls, he made sure that he never missed a single one of their sporting events, and would always be willing to spend hours practicing with them, he even coached softball during the children's time in little league. All the hard work clearly paid off considering he got to see his girls win multiple state championships throughout their high school sporting careers. He loved to play golf and hockey, and was a true New England sports fan. Ronald loved the water, whether it be spending time at the beach or jet skiing on Sebago Lake. He was a patient, kind, very hard working, and humble man who loved his family more than anything. Ronald was predeceased by his Mother Marilyn. He is survived by his Wife Susan, two daughters Caitlin and Taylor, father Roger, brothers Ed and wife Solange, David and wife Adele, sisters Pam and husband Jeff Lakin, Eileen and husband Chris Morton, and Debbie and husband John Menzies of California. Visiting hours will be held from 6-8pm on Friday November 13th at the Blais and Hay Funeral Home in Westbrook. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday November 14th at 10am at Saint Maximilian Church in Scarborough. Interment will follow immediately after the mass at Black Point Cemetery in Scarborough.
