Roland C. McKinley, 83, of Garfield St., Westbrook, passed away Monday, Nov. 17, 2014 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House. He was born and raised in Westbrook, the son of Arthur and Louise (Wentworth) McKinley and raised by his grandparents Clifford and Grace Wentworth. Roland worked at the S.D. Warren Paper Company for many years before retiring. He enjoyed hunting, fly fishing and fly tying, giving many of his fly ties to friends and family, and was a self-taught photographer. Roland was predeceased by his parents, a brother Robert Mckinley, and his son-in-law Eddie Sudduth. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Georgette (Breault) McKinley; his daughters Julia Collins and husband David, Victoria Sudduth, and Lynn McKinley, all of Westbrook; grandchildren, Tracy, Ashley, Kimberly, and Johnathan Collins, Jacob and partner Braddlee Datson, Julia, Joel, and Jared Sudduth, Katie Barrows and her husband Roman Cook; and great-great grandchildren Jovanah Sudduth, Grace Gurney, Haven Franklin, Blake Collins, Benjamin Wesner, Austin Sudduth, and baby boy Sudduth.
