Scarborough, Rodrigue G. Blanchette, 92 passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at the Maine Veteran's Home in Scarborough.  He was born on February 14, 1922 to Philip and Emma Saindon Blanchette in Topsham, ME.   He served in the Army during WWII. He worked in the paper machines at S.D. Warren.   Rodney enjoyed buying and selling antique radios.  He had an extensive collection of record albums.  He also enjoyed gardening and he built houses in Poland.   Rodney is survived by two nieces, Doreen Farr from Westbrook, and Louise Hastings from Scarborough.  Online condolences can be expressed at Blaisandhayfuneralhome.com
