Rob Fraser of Portland passed away on Feb. 3. Rob was born on Apr 16, 1965 in Southington CT the son of Bob & Peg Fraser.   He graduated from Deering High School in 1983 and The University of Southern Maine in 1988. Rob was a huge sports fanatic. He loved playing & watching all sports. A highlight was coaching his son's Babe Ruth baseball team which went on to win three State Championships. Rob's professional career included various positions in the insurance industry.   He is survived by his parents of Westbrook, son Caleb & daughter Brooke of Portland, his sister Terri of Pompano Beach, FL, nephew Ryan Maksou and friend Marilyn Webb of Portland. He will be greatly missed by friends & family.    Services will be private. Donations in Rob's memory should be sent to your favorite charity.
