WESTBROOK—Richard Ronald Postupack, 75, died unexpectedly August 18, 2018 at his home. He was born October, 20, 1942, in Philadelphia, PA, the son of the late Rudolph and Mary Postupack. Richard graduated from Saint Patrick School in 1957. After graduation he worked in various jobs before joining the U.S. Coast Guard in 1964; he served four years and was honorably discharged in 1968. After his military service he worked various jobs before retiring to enjoy himself. Predeceased by his parents, Richard is survived by his children, David and his wife Wendy, Ann Dorr and her husband Rene, and his two other children; seven grandchildren, Justin, Mariah, and Travis Postupack, and Coby and Sara Door; a special friend, Brenda Richards; sisters, Nadine Cronk and her family, and Joanne Mayernick and her family, plus several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Westbrook Chapel of Dolby, Blais & Segee, 35 Church Street. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 1pm at the Maine Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 163 Mt. Vernon Rd., Augusta, Maine.
