Portland – Richard C. Burnham, 85, died on Friday March 7, 2025, at Maine Medical Center in Portland. He was born April 25, 1939, in Gray, the son of Harry and Laura (Libby) Burnham. Richard attended local schools, graduating from Portland Hogh School class of 1957. On March 25, 1967, he married Doris Cox. Richard enjoyed collecting coins and stamps, as well as attending lawn sales, flea markets, and auctions. Richard is survived by his daughter Ellen Churchill and her husband Michael, daughter Dawn Libby, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, brother Harry Burnham Jr, sister Katherine Lade, and sister Linda Vose.
