WINDHAM—Richard "Dickie" David Brown Jr., 52, passed away unexpectedly December 10, 2018 at his home in Windham. He was born February 23, 1966 a son of Richard Brown Sr. and Judith (Perry) Bozner. Dickie attended schools locally and spent his working years as an auto mechanic working for himself. On November 8, 1997, he married Pamela Gregory. Dickie was a social, happy go lucky guy who enjoyed hanging out with his family and buddies chatting at the Puffin Stop. Some of his greatest pastimes were hunting and fishing, he loved being in the Maine outdoors. In his spare time, Dickie enjoyed constructing and painting models and playing video games with his grandchildren. Dickie is survived by his wife, Pamela Brown of Windham; his mother, Judy Bozner of Portland; children Roxann Brown and Steven Brown both of Winthrop, and their mother, Terry Broad, and daughter Kayla Barker and her husband Ti of Livermore Falls; grandchildren, Joe Joe and Charlie Barker; siblings, Willie Boucher, Bobby Boucher and his wife Paula, Betsey Libby, and Shawn Boucher; and many nieces and nephews. Dickie was predeceased by his father; and siblings, Bonnie Edwards, Susie Ware, Michael Boucher, and Joseph Boucher. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 16 at 2pm at the Windham Chapel of Dolby Blais & Segee, 434 River Rd., Windham, ME 04062. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests helping a person struggling or in need.
