WESTBROOK – Richard "Rick" Anthony Dixon, 56 passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021. He was born on February 14, 1965 to Richard L. and Bertha L. Dixon in Marlborough, Massachusetts. He was the second of three boys. Rick was employed at the City of Portland Public Schools for 22 ½ years. Rick really enjoyed the ocean, going to car shows as Rick loved classic cars and trucks. He collected die-cast scale model cars over the years and acquired quite the collection. Rick leaves behind two brothers, Rodmane and Anthony Dixon; and his finance, Virginia Linscott. Visiting hours will be held 2 – 4 P.M. Saturday, October 9, where a Memorial Service will be held at 4 P.M. at the Westbrook Chapel of Dolby, Blais & Segee funeral Chapel, 35 Church St. Westbrook, ME.
