Raymond Neil Michel, 62, of Seavey St., Westbrook, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 28, 2012. He was born in Westbrook, the son of Raymond Henry and Helena (Blanchette) Michel.  He graduated from Westbrook High School in 1967.  He later entered the Air Force and served for eight years. Raymond owned the Union Wharf Market in Portland for many years and later worked at Mathieu's Market in Westbrook.  He loved animals and working on computers. He was married to Patricia (Wadsworth) Michel in 1996, she passed away in 1998. He is survived by two sisters, Louise Hastings of Gorham and Doreen Farr of Westbrook, three nephews and two nieces.
