Priscilla Caroline Anthony Swank went to be with the Lord on May 26th, 2021. Born on September 13, 1939 in Kennetcook, Nova Scotia, Canada, to Tennyson and Gladys Anthony. She graduated from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts, in 1961, after which she spent her life teaching. She was mother to three children – Crystal Caroline Swank Miller, Heidi Jo Swank Inlow, and Jay Grant Swank. She had seven grandchildren whom she loved very much: Carl, Aja, Jerome, Grant, Liam, Lexi, and Genna. She is survived by her brother, Winston Wilson Anthony at New Hampshire and Adrienne Aileen Anthony Moore at Nova Scotia. She was wife to Rev. Joseph Grant Swank Jr. since August 1961. They pastored throughout the US and Canada until 1998 when they retired, forming a house church which exists to this day as the New Hope Church. She was a homemaker, known for her baking, sewing, and entertaining. She was church organist and pianist in various pastorates. She traveled extensively including South America, Jamaica, and the Middle East. A graveside memorial will be held in Canada at a later date.
