Phyllis J. Rogers, 84 of Windham, passed away on January 10th. She was born January 31st 1938 in Westbrook to Mary (Blanchard) and Emmanuel Peters. Phyllis enjoyed watching westerns, birds, and reading. She loved her family, friends, and the lord Jesus. She was very loved by them and will be missed by all. She was a wonderful woman, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her husband Milton of 61 years, three children Christine Lane, Mark Rogers, and Theresa Thorne and their spouses, four grandchildren Jeffrey, Jamie, Chad, and Evan. Six great grandchildren and her sister Theresa Dyer. As well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters and her grandson Joshua. She may be gone but she will never be forgotten.
