Windham, ME - Peter R. Sanborn, 79 of Windham passed away Thursday July 11, 2024 at his home with his wife by his side. He was born January 1, 1945, in Portland the son of William and Alice (Fossett) Sanborn and has resided in this area all of his life. He had five brothers and one sister. Pete worked for Irving Oil for 27 years. He like to go fishing with Roy, III and Joes his grandsons. He loved to keep his lawns mowed and go for long rides with his wife. They would often go out to supper. He is survived by his wife whom he has been married to for 43 years, Ardys (Stover) Sanborn of Windham.
