Paul R. Smith-Gorham, 71, passed away 6/2/2023 when his body could not work and love as hard as he wanted to. He passed due to complications of heart surgery. He was born 4/24/1952, son of the late Arnold K. Smith and the late Rita (Wing) Smith. Paul graduated from Gorham High School-Class of 1969 and Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute with a degree in auto mechanics. After schooling, he worked for the Town of Gorham-Public Works. He continued his career with sole ownership of Smith Trucking. Surviving Family-Wife, Paulette (Williams) Smith, daughter, Brenda Caouette of Raymond, ME, son, Ray Smith and his wife Jamie of Windham. Stepson, Michael Williams of Oklahoma, Kelly Williams-Turner of Scarborough, Jamie Williams of Naples. Grandchildren-Hunter Dionne, Colby Dionne Isabel Dionne, Bradley Smith, Bryce Smith, Dustan Turner, Shyanne Williams. Natalynn Williams, Audrey Williams. Great Grandson-Brady Rizeakos. Celebration of Life will be arranged at a later date.
