Scarborough - Paul Rene Roy, 78, of Windham passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Paul was born in Berlin, New Hampshire on February 12, 1947, the son of Rene and Irene (Roberge) Roy. He attended Berlin High School, graduating in the class of 1965. After graduation he joined the United States Navy. On July 4, 1970, Paul married Dianne Desilets; they settled in Manchester, New Hampshire until 2006, when they moved to Park City, Utah. Paul was a member of the VFW White Mountain Post 2520, Berlin, NH. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to camp, on Akers Pond in Erroll. Paul is survived by his wife of 55 years Dianne, son Michael Roy, daughter Cynthia Levine and her husband Andrew, grandson Asher Levine, granddaughter Maya Levine, brother Roger and his wife Debbie. He was predeceased by his parents Rene and Irene and his sister Claire Roy. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
