Obituary

Pamela Ann (Harmon) Aube passed away peacefully on Friday, February 3rd after a long, courageous battle with cancer with her family by her side. Pam, as many friends called her, was born in Tampa, Florida to Tonya Harmon on September 3rd, 1968. She was a lifelong resident of Windham, Maine and spent her years here enjoying the ocean and the four seasons. Pam enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren grow up, enjoyed laughing and causing trouble with her best friend of 40 years, Dianne Walker-Gelinas, and had fun playing bingo at Loaves and Fishes and Foxwoods. She loved gossip, coffee and cigarettes. Pamela was loved by so many; everyone that had the privilege to know her knew how special she truly was. She was often a bright light, a smile, and a laugh that you didn't know you needed. Pamela attended Windham High School and obtained her GED from Westbrook High School. A few years later she met the love of her life and settled down and started a family. After staying home in the early years to raise her children, she found her passion for children and started childcare. For over 20 years she took care of thousands of children and loved each one of them like she loved her own. She was predeceased by her grandmother Marjorie Jordan, grandfather Freddy Jordan, Mother Tonya Harmon, brother David Harmon, sister Tammy Townsend, brother-in-law Stewart Townsend, and infant daughter McKenna Harmon. She leaves behind her loving husband of 29 years, Richard Aube, of Windham, her daughter Ashley Moulton of East Waterboro, her son Alex Aube and wife Naomi of Windham, as well as two grandchildren Jax Moulton and Raelyn Aube, nephew Austin Harmon of Windham, niece Christina Shaw of Colorado, and nephew Bradley Shaw of South Carolina. If Pam loved you - you knew it. She loved her family and friends fiercely, especially her children and grandchildren. She would go without to ensure her family was taken care of. A fighter to the very end, cancer may have physically drained her, but it never took her will to keep fighting. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jessica Bian at Maine Medical Partners Cancer Care, Hospice of Southern Maine especially Annette, Lizzie and Loretta and the staff at the Gosnell Hospice House for the wonderful care she received. Remember to always live, love, and laugh. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to Barbara Bush Children's Hospital. Visitation will be held at Dolby,Blais & Segee Windham Chapel, 434 River Road, Windham, ME on February 18, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
