Westbrook – Nicholas W. Demers, 26, of Giles St. died unexpectedly Wednesday Sept. 26, from respiratory failure. He was born in Portland, the son of D. Michael and Lucille Dunn Demers. He was raised and educated in Westbrook and attended Mission Possible, which helped him very much. Nick lived in San Diego for 5 years, he owned and operated his own construction company there. He is survived by his mom Lucille and longtime companion Sam Viola, dad D. Michael Demers, brother Joshua Michael Demers, paternal grandmother Theresa Demers, many aunts, uncles cousins and loving friends. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Blais & Hay Funeral Home 35 Church St. Westbrook.
