Westbrook- Nancy Lee (Nobile) Bove, 66, known to many as "Mammy", passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2017 in Portland. The daughter of Ralph and Marcie (Vokey) Nobile, she was born in Portland on May 21, 1950. An avid bowler, she enjoyed bowling with her husband Chris. She also enjoyed doing puzzles, sewing, and cooking and baking for family. She was known for her "green thumb" raising and saving many plants. She also kept outside gardens, and started gardens for others. She liked to redecorate and to paint her house. She loved cats and always had at least one around the house. She was predeceased by her father. She is survived by her husband Christopher F. Bove, of 21 years, of Westbrook; her mother Marcie Nobile of Portland, her daughters Michelle Foote, of California, Rebecca Bove, of Portland, and Christan Bove, of Mechanic Falls, her son Frank Bove, of Brunswick, and four grandchildren, Robbie, Jamie, McKenzie, and Joseph. She is also survived by her sisters Linda Nobile, of Portland, and Pauline Flagg and her husband Andrew, of Naples, her brothers, John Nobile, of Portland, and Michael Nobile and his wife Angela of South Portland, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM, at Dolby Funeral Chapel, 434 River Road, Windham.
