Mildred E. Landry of Portland, passed away at St. Joseph's Manor in Portland on November 9, 2014 Mildred was born in Portland on April 30, 1918, the daughter of Leander Perkins and Millie E. Roy.  She married her husband Oliver Landry on July 4, 1938. She was a homemaker and a wonderful mother who enjoyed shopping and visiting relatives. Millie managed 2 or 3 apartment buildings in Portland for 20 years. She also worked at Maine Medical Center in housekeeping, and some years at Dana Warp Mill. Her husband Oliver passed away on December 19, 1994 and a son Philip who passed away in 1952. She is survived by her son Donald and his wife Mary Anne of Westbrook, two grandsons, Eric Joseph and his wife Emily, and Benjamin Philip; two great grandchildren, Jude & Bella. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 14, at 10:00 am, St. Anthony's Parish in Westbrook.  Interment will follow at St. Hyacinth Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Unit C during her time at St. Joseph's Rehab for the care and love that was given to Mildred.
