Obituary

May "Charlotte" Conley, 87, of Chesley St., Westbrook, passed away Sunday at the Barron Center after a long illness. She was born in Westbrook, the daughter of Remi and Myrtle Labrecque..  Charlotte worked at the S.D. Warren Paper Co. for many years before retiring.  She was a member of the St. Hyacinth Church Choir.  She enjoyed camping and belonged to the Good Sam Club, enjoyed knitting and crafts, golfing, and bowling.  She also wintered in Florida for several years. She was predeceased by her daughters Janice and Joyce.. She is survived by her husband Leo Conley of Westbrook, a son David Springer of Gorham, stepson Steven Conley of Baldwin, a sister Emma Kane of South Portland, six grandchildren, Christina, Cherie, Michael, Theresa, Alan, and Wendy, and step grandchildren Callie and Josh. Visiting hours will be held from 4 to 6 PM Thursday at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook, where a funeral service will take place at 11 AM Friday.  Interment will be at a later date.  Online condolences may be expressed at balsiandhayfuneralhome.com.
