Marcia S. Cox, 68, of Scarborough, passed away Tuesday, May 9, at Maine Medical Center. She was born in Portland and raised in Westbrook, the daughter of Theodore and Mariam (Davis) Poitras. Marcia worked at S.D. Warren for many years before retiring. She enjoyed knitting, yard sale-ing on Saturdays, and cherished spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter Melissa Cooledge and her husband Tim of Scarborough; a brother James Poitras of Westbrook; sisters Carol Cole of Kittery and Sharon Clark of Westbrook; grandchildren Danielle and Ben Cooledge of Scarborough; nieces Cheryl Boullie of Westbrook and Cindy Dalfonso of Westbrook; and nephew John Phinney of Buxton. Visiting hours will be from 4 to 6 PM Friday, May 12th  followed by a memorial service at 6 PM at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook.
