BRIDGTON—Marcia Ann Aldrich, 71, died at Central Maine Medical Center on November 27, 2017 after a brief illness. She was born March 8, 1946, a daughter of Wesley Carver and Dorothy (Haskell) Carver. She grew up in the greater Windham area, graduating from Windham High School. After school, Marcia worked at Deering Ice Cream, and later at Central Maine Power as a customer representative for a number of years before becoming disabled. In her younger years, Marcia enjoyed camping with her family throughout various parts of Maine. Marcia took pride in caring for her plants and her beloved dogs and "adopted" dogs. She was a fan of the majestic mountain views Maine has to offer and enjoyed watching daytime television. She is survived by her sons, Scott Aldrich, Darin Aldrich and Christopher Aldrich; and many grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Kevin Aldrich in 2008. Services for Marcia will be private. The family would like to give special thanks to Marcia's caregivers who provided great comfort and care to their mother.
