Westbrook Mabel J. (Lunt) Hall, 99, died at her home January 1, 2018. She was born July 1, 1918 in Frenchboro a daughter of John and Flora Lunt. Mabel grew up in Frenchboro and attended local schools. She enjoyed a career as a pastry chef primarily with Westbrook High School and was also employed with the Dow Check Company for several years. Mabel enjoyed staying active and loved to travel, knit, and crochet. She will be remembered for her outgoing personality and her love for entertaining guest. In addition to her parents Mabel was predeceased by her loving husband Edward Hall; and son in – law, Edward Coleman; brothers, Sanford, Cecil, Clarence, and John Lunt; sisters, Alma Lunt, Lila Stanley, Margarete Stanley, and Pauline Perry;. She is survived by her daughters, Diana Coleman of Jeffersonton, VA, and Patricia Hall of Westbrook; sister Catherine Poor of Warren, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be announced this spring. Mabel will be laid to rest at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Westbrook.
