SACO—Lucien Gervais, 91, passed away January 2, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Portland. He was born October 26, 1927, a son of Victor and Sophie (Roy) Gervais. Lucien spent 26 years working at SD Warren Paper Company as a machine operator and later bought and built Indian Pond Campground in Raymond, Maine. He with his brother Albenie also built Patio Park in Gorham. A jack of all trades, Lucien was known for his overall skill and could fix or build anything. He was a great cribbage player and an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing and especially loved annual fishing trips with "the boys". He is survived by his wife, Doris (Cloutier) Gervais of Saco; sons, Mark Gervais and his wife Lyn of Old Orchard Beach, and Bruce Gervais of Harmony, ME; siblings, Joseph Gervais of Florida, Lucille Pelletier of Old Orchard Beach and Priscilla St. Pierre of Buxton; three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents and siblings Llewellen, Rena, Albenie, Louise, and Marie. Per Lucien's request, no services are being held. Interment will take place in the spring at St. Hyacinth Cemetery in Westbrook.
