Louise Orinda Smith, 83, of Liza Harmon Drive, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012, at the Springbrook Health Care Center. She was born in Woburn, MA, the daughter of Frank and May (Chase) Webber. She grew up in Brighton, MA and she later moved to Cape Cod, where she raised her five children. She returned to school and became a hairdresser, eventually owning her own hair salon and buying a home, something she was very proud of accomplishing on her own. She was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, serving as Worthy Matron in 1966. Her favorite pas time was Bingo. She also loved sitting at her computer, chatting with friends, especially Michael Powell from England, her pen pal for more than 10 years. She was predeceased by her brothers Willis and John Webber. She is survived by her children Sandra Novaresi and her husband Tony of CA, Cynthia Pinion of VA, Stephen Smith and his partner Noreen Smith, Eleanor Clough and her husband Jim, Susan Hinkley and her partner Ken Veinote, all from Maine; her siblings Alberta Bonnell of CO, and Chris Webber of CA; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
