WINDHAM - Lois May (Bragger) McInnes, 94, passed peacefully on December 16th, 2025 in Portland, Maine. She was born June 22, 1931 to Robert B. Bragger and Hazel Lowell Bragger in Warwick, Rhode Island. She graduated from the class of 1949 from Samuel Gorton High School in Warwick, Rhode Island, and attended Bryant College where she majored in Business Accounting. She married Duncan McInnes Jr. on January 6th, 1951. They had three children, the late Bonnie A. Wareing, Betty L. McInnes, and Robert D. McInnes. Lois loved reading, crafting, and cooking. Her great granddaughter Aurora says "She makes the best gingerbread men in the universe." Lois passed that skill onto her great granddaughter Neala. Lois lived a long and fulfilling life. She was predeceased by her husband Duncan and her daughter Bonnie. She is survived by her two other children Betty and Robert and his wife Sheila. Grandchildren; Gwen A. McInnes and husband Shilo Annis, their children Neala J. Annis and Aurora M. McInnes. Grandson Jeremy C. Farley and wife Pam and their son Parker D. Farley. It was Lois' wishes that there be no services.
