Gray- Lisa McAllister, 40, died peacefully on June 23, 2014, at her home, surrounded by her family, after a 25 yr battle with Lupus. Lisa was born in Portland, ME on Sept 17, 1973. Lisa attended school in Windham and played the flute while there. She graduated from St. Josephs College in 1995, with a bachelors degree in History. Her latest work postion was at USM in portland for 13 years as a budget analyst. Lisa was a sweet and caring person who enjoyed being with family and friends, reading, music and animals. She also enjoyed researching ancestry for our families. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Lisa is survived by her mother and step dad, Lorri and Steve Chapman, of Windham, her father and step mother, Arnold and Vicki McAllister, of New Gloucester, Her sister Jenn Bernier and 2 nephews Tyler and Zach, of windham, step brother, Jason,of Gray, half brother, Dustan, of New Gloucester, cousin Barbara Needham and family of New Gloucester, many Aunts, Uncles and cousins, who love and will miss her every day! A visiting hour will be held from 2 to 3 PM followed by a service at 3 PM at Blais and Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St, Westbrook, ME 04092, on Saturday, June 28th.
