Our beloved Kippie Rogers, 45, went home to be with the Lord on February 24, 2014. He was born in Patterson, New Jersey in 1968.  In 1985 he moved to Casa.  He graduated from the Cerebral Palsy Center in 1988 and participated in a work program with Work Opportunity and Café. He was predeceased by his grandparents Bertha and Felix Frasier, and George Moreau. Kippie is survived by his parents Celena and Peter Moreau of Westbrook; a brother and sister-in-law David and Michelle Moreau of Windham; niece Jennifer Moreau and nephew Jeremy Moreau; his Uncle Paul Frasier and wife Connie; his aunt Susan and husband Richard Pierce; and numerous cousins and friends who loved and adored him. Visiting hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Friday at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook.  Spring burial will be in St. Hyacinth Cemetery.  On line condolences may be expressed at blaisandhyafuneralhome.com.
