WINDHAM—Kelly Jean Parker, 41, passed away unexpectedly on November 19, 2018. Kelly was born April 26, 1977, a daughter of Bob and Nancy (Moore) O'Brien. She grew up in Raymond and was a graduate from Windham High School in the class of 1996. Kelly was a crafty individual who enjoyed creating gifts for her family and friends. She was a lover of the great outdoors and had a special connection with the symbolic dragonfly. Kelly enjoyed working with children and will be remembered for her independent spirit. She is survived by her children, Jordan and Claira Parker of Windham; parents, Bob and Nancy O'Brien of Raymond; a sister, Tammy Jannarone and her husband Matt of Windham and their children, Jamie and Bobby. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 3:30 to 5:30pm at the Windham Chapel of Dolby Blais & Segee, 434 River Road, Windham, ME 04062, where a memorial service will begin at 5:30. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages an act of kindness in Kelly's memory.
