Kelly Lynn Dedrick, 39 of Westbrook, passed away on Thursday September 24th at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House. Kelly was born in Catskill New York, on November 21, 1975, the daughter of Godfrey and Sharon Rolon. Kelly was raised and grew up in New York attending Catskill High School and later attending Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. In August of twenty fifteen, Kelly moved to Maine with her husband Daniel to start Acceleration Church here in Westbrook where she taught as their Children's Pastor as well as teaching at the Toddle Inn Daycare. Kelly and Daniel have two children, an eighteen-year-old daughter, Adreanna, and a fourteen-year-old son Josiah. Kelly loved her family more than anything. She was very family oriented and enjoyed spending every minute she could with them. Kelly enjoyed eating Chinese food with her family, and also spending time with her dog Teea. Kelly was very outgoing and enjoyed being outdoors, doing things such as going to the beach and camping. She was very athletic and played tennis during her high school and college years. She loves her Acceleration Church family dearly, but above all else Kelly had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and shared His love with people she came in contact with. She was a devoted, caring, and gentle person that made a positive impact where ever she went. Kelly was an only child and is survived by her husband Daniel Dedrick, her two children Adreanna and Josiah Dedrick, her father and mother Godfrey and Sharon Rolon, father-in-law Claude Dedrick, five uncles, three aunts, two sister-in-laws, one nephew, one niece, and many cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at the Emmanuel Assembly of God Church, 1571 Washington Ave. Portland, on Thursday, October 1st at 10 AM.
