Memorial Justin David Boucher, 40 of Windham passed away unexpectedly on November 8, 2023. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Paula Perkins Boucher of Windham, his daughter Brooklyn Boucher of Gorham and his girlfriend Christiane Hollis. He is predeceased by his sister Jo-Anne Velilla. Justin we will miss you more than anyone could imagine. You were so kind hearted. You would help anyone. You was my light in a dark time, when we lost your sister. You missed her so much and now you are with her. No more pain or sorrow, just peace. Until we meet again, We love you and you will always be in our hearts.
