June C. Morin, 90, a lifelong resident of Westbrook, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015 at her residence after a short illness. She was born in Westbrook, the daughter of Alfred and Yvonne (Landry) Caron.  June worked for LeBlanc & Bullerwell, Herbert's Dress Shop, Mutual Benefit Life, and in the Guidance Dept. at Westbrook High School. June loved playing cards, going to the beach, camping in their Ace Trailer, and in her younger years she enjoyed knitting and sewing; making many Halloween costumes for her family.  She also enjoyed gardening.  June's greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband A. Raymond Morin, and a brother Ronald Caron. June is survived by her son Richard A. Morin and his wife Marie of Kennebunk; daughter Ann C. Morin of Winthrop; a brother Roland "Choc" Caron and his wife Dorothy of Westbrook; a sister-in-law Joan Caron; grandchildren Jason, Daniel and wife Emily, and Andrew Morin, Leslie Nelson and husband Jeff, and Lynne Bourassa and her fiancé Anthony Bittues; and great-grandchildren Cooper and Avery Nelson, Tyler and Dylan Morin, and Hannah Dente. Visiting hours will be held from 5 to 7 PM Friday at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook. and from 10 to 11 AM Saturday followed by a Memorial Service at 11AM.  Interment will be in the Spring.  On line condolences may be expressed at blaisandhayfuneralhome.com.
