Juliette M. Garneau, 98, of Allen Ave., Portland, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 2, at the Seaside Nursing Home. She was born in Westbrook, the daughter of Bartholome and Eseelia Rondeau LaPointe. She worked as a Property Manager in California and in Maine. Her husband Franklin Garneau died in 1996. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Monday at Brooklawn Memorial Park in Portland.
